The World's Condemnation

Working parents sit at home
and watch their children grow,
playing games that mirror life,
how little they know.
Soon they’ll all be soldiers
and they’ll go across the sea
to fight for privileged wealth
that calls itself ‘Liberty’.

They won’t know what’s going on
in their own family;
unaware of changes back
home where they should be.
They won’t see their younger siblings
as they come alive;
too far away to see.
Their only thought is to survive.

They won’t feel the sun or snow
or rain in their hometown.
They’ll just feel the fear of death and
rage all around.
They’re kids that know that they don’t have
a future destination,
to kill’s their concentration,
to capture infiltration,
to die’s their inspiration,
there is no conservation,
the world is condemnation.
There’s no civilization.
Condemns us to damnation.
The world is condemnation.
