Flameland
Music still encircling your brain
after three points into darkness.
Unlike any other land,
it’s so hard to understand.
Diamonds glitter light into your head
four points after they’ve awakened.
Talking to a listening man,
listening to a talking man.
Picturesque as it may be,
Flameland looks for company and friendship.
But, those thoughts we’re thinking now
dull the diamond day somehow.
But Flameland lies
below those skies
that save the glassy glitter.
Rocking chairs in back of every yard,
near a pool of natural water.
Everyone is free from fear.
What is meant is what you hear.
Talk through your untangled hair,
acting like you couldn’t care what matters.
If you really want to see,
Flameland is where you should be.
In Flameland’s space,
you can’t erase
the things that really matter.
