blackwater bullies

this morning i woke up missing
just a question mark in mid air
i spoke and no one listened
cried and no one cared

i know the type
oh, blackwater bullies

i've seen all the strutting
and heard all the hype

something was lacking
way back in their lives

and something is missing
way down, deep inside

this morning i woke up missing
just a question mark in mid air
i spoke and no one listened
cried and no one cared

i know the type
oh, Blackwater bullies

burly and brawny
they've got allot to prove

hard-assed and hard-edged
is the way that they move

this morning I woke up missing
just a question mark in mid air
i spoke and no one listened
cried and no one cared

i know the type
oh, blackwater bullies

claiming a love for country and god
they proclaim fidelity to those left at home

but they kill the innocent for a pocket of gold
and, in the end, find themselves all alone

this morning i woke up missing
just a question mark in mid air
i spoke and no one listened
cried and no one cared

i know the type
oh, blackwater bullies

because life, for them, is a dangerous thing
that must be met with utmost suspicion

so, it's dangerous to approach them
without their permission
